I was commissioned to make a wall plaque as a lasting memorial to a special hound called Colin. Hand carved and enamelled from a reclaimed Cornish roof slate. Design © Hatch, Burn, Carve/Martin Wilson
Lotus flower wall plaques- enamelled and relief carved from reclaimed slate.
Some of these were made for a commission, whilst the shop at Kagyu Samye Ling also stocks the enamelled ones.
Sets of 24 Elder Futhark hand-carved runes in bags handmade by my partner.
Three of the sets were carved from stones collected around the North Cornish coast and one set carved from stones which I collected in the River Valency at Boscastle.

I was asked to carve a large Mani Stone for a garden in the West of Scotland.
On my travels down through South West Cornwall, we visited Godrevy beach and I found the perfect stone on the shoreline.
Approximately 60 cm long and a lovely stone to carve. Detailing carved with a 1 mm diamond burr, whilst the majority was carved using hammer and chisel.
